Section 1: Introduction

Welcome to the Annual Compensation Plan for GiANT Certified Guides. This document outlines the structure, benefits, and opportunities available to our certified guides, ensuring clarity on how you can maximize your impact and earning potential through GiANT’s offerings. Our goal is to empower you with the resources, training, and incentives needed to succeed in delivering impactful leadership content and tools.

Section 2: Offerings (What You Can Sell)

As a certified GiANT Guide, your subscription equips you to sell and deliver a range of GiANT’s leadership products and services. These offerings are designed to help individuals and teams unlock their full potential, leveraging our proven tools and frameworks.

GiANT Products You Can Sell

  • Certifications: Offer our transformative certifications to individuals or organizations seeking to develop leaders and improve team dynamics.
  • Badges: Promote and deliver targeted badge programs that enhance skills in specific leadership areas.
  • GiANT OS Pro Subscriptions: Introduce clients to our comprehensive digital platform, GiANT OS Pro, enabling scalable impact through tools and resources.

Direct Work Opportunities Utilizing GiANT OS

In addition to selling GiANT products, you can offer your own service-based solutions powered by GiANT OS and products. Examples include:

  • Coaching sessions tailored to client needs using GiANT tools and insights.
  • Consulting engagements designed to solve organizational challenges.
  • Group training programs or workshops incorporating GiANT content.
  • Speaking engagements highlighting GiANT frameworks and strategies.

By combining the sale of GiANT’s products with your own expertise and services, you can create a comprehensive offering that delivers unparalleled value to your clients.

Section 3: Selling (How to Accept Payments)

As a certified Guide, you have access to the GiANT Operating System (GiANT OS) platform, which serves as your primary hub for selling GiANT-based offerings.

Selling GiANT-Based Offerings

All GiANT products, including certifications, badges, GiANT Pro subscriptions, and other tech-based offerings (e.g., courses and assessments), can be purchased directly through the GiANT OS platform or via GiANT-led online communities, with affiliate links available to ensure you receive credit for your sales.

Selling Direct Work Opportunities

Direct work opportunities, such as coaching, consulting, training, or speaking engagements, must be sold through your own systems. These services can leverage GiANT’s tools and frameworks but are managed independently by you. You are responsible for handling client billing and transactions for these offerings.

Section 4: Pricing (What to Charge for Your Offerings)

GiANT-Based Offerings

Pricing for all GiANT-based offerings, such as certifications, badges, GiANT Pro subscriptions, courses, and assessments, is set and governed by GiANT. This ensures consistency and fairness across the GiANT ecosystem, maintaining the value and integrity of our products. Pricing details for these offerings are available within the GiANT community.

Direct Work Opportunities

For direct work opportunities, such as coaching, consulting, training, and speaking engagements, you have full autonomy to set your prices. This allows you to tailor your pricing to your expertise, market demand, and client needs. While GiANT does not govern direct work pricing, we recommend aligning your rates with the value of the GiANT tools and frameworks to reinforce their premium quality. If you have questions or need guidance on best practices for pricing these services, you are encouraged to ask the GiANT community for advice and insights. Our community of experienced guides is an excellent resource for tips and shared experiences.

Section 5: Commission (What You’ll Earn)

As a GiANT Certified Guide, you have multiple opportunities to earn commissions through the sale of GiANT-based offerings. Your earnings vary based on the type of offering and your Guide Status, which determines your commission percentage.

Direct Work Opportunities

For each sale of a direct work opportunity sold outside of the GiANT platform, you’ll earn 100% of the revenue, as these offerings are managed and processed independently by you.

Community-Based Offerings

For sales made through community-based offerings hosted within GiANT-led communities, commissions are set at a fixed rate of 20%. This flat commission applies to all eligible community offerings, regardless of your Guide Status or XP. Guides may apply to become an affiliate within any GiANT-led community, enabling you to earn commissions on referrals for that community’s offerings. Affiliate links for community-based offerings can be found in your account for the respective community once you’ve applied and been accepted as an affiliate.

GiANT-Based Offerings

For sales of GiANT-based offerings, including certifications, badges, and GiANT Pro subscriptions, you will earn a commission as a percentage of the total sale price (after a 3% credit card processing fee is assessed). Your commission percentage is determined by your current Guide Status, which is based on the XP you’ve earned through your sales (see Section 6 for more details). The commission structure is outlined below:

Affiliate links for GiANT-based offerings are available in the Overview page of your Guide OS account, enabling you to share and promote these offerings seamlessly.

Earnings Calculation

To estimate your earnings, you can apply the following formula: (Price - Credit Card Fee) x Commission Percentage = Your Commission Amount

Example: If you sell one 5 Voices Certification (priced at $3,995) and you have achieved Platinum Status (35% commission), your earnings would be calculated as follows:

This structure allows you to maximize your earnings as you increase your XP and progress through the Guide Status tiers. Affiliate opportunities for both community-based and GiANT-based offerings further expand your potential to generate revenue and impact.

Section 6: Your XP Status (How to Increase Your Commissions)

As a GiANT Certified Guide, your OS commissions are tied to your Guide Status, which is determined by the XP (Experience Points) you earn. Everyone begins their journey at Bronze status and can progress through the ranks to Diamond, the highest status. Each status level unlocks higher commission rates for your sales of GiANT-based offerings.

How XP Works

XP is earned exclusively through revenue generated from sales of GiANT OS-based offerings affiliated with your account. While you can earn commissions on GiANT offerings sold through both the GiANT OS platform and within GiANT-led communities, XP is only awarded for sales of OS-based offerings. XP is not earned on community offerings sold via GiANT-led communities, nor is it earned (or commissions paid out) on direct work opportunities you sell independently.

Maintaining and Tracking XP

XP is tracked on a rolling 12-month basis. For example, if you earn 1,000 XP in January, it will count toward your status for 12 months (365 days). After that period, the XP expires and no longer contributes to your status. Regularly reviewing your XP in your GiANT OS dashboard ensures you stay on track to maintain or elevate your status.

By focusing on earning XP through consistent sales and client engagement, you can maximize your commission potential and grow your business effectively.

Section 7: Payments (How You’ll Get Paid)

Your payouts will be sent to the bank account you add inside your Guide OS account (“Finances” » “Banking & Tax Info”). Payouts occur once per month (around the middle of the month) and will pay you all proceeds on sales from the previous month.

For example: mid-month January payouts would be for proceeds earned from the month of December.

Section 8: Cancellation Policy

We understand that circumstances can change, and we want to provide clarity on our cancellation and refund policies for certifications and annual renewals.

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee for New Certifications

New guides are eligible for a 30-day money-back guarantee from the date of their initial payment. If a guide chooses to cancel within this period, they will receive a full refund, but will immediately lose access to:

  • Their Guide OS account
  • GiANT communities
  • All resources and tools
  • Customer and technical support
  • Any earned commissions, including pending payouts

After the 30-day period, no refunds will be issued, and the guide remains responsible for any remaining payments if on a quarterly plan.

Cancellation After 30 Days

Guides can effectively cancel their certification after the first 30 days by choosing not to renew their annual licensing fee (charged at the conclusion of their first 12 months). If they do not renew, they will lose access to all GiANT resources and benefits on their renewal date (including earned commissions). For guides on a quarterly payment plan, all remaining payments for the plan must still be made in full, even if they cancel.

Annual Renewal Policy

Once the annual licensing fee is paid, there are no refunds. If a guide cancels after paying the renewal fee, they retain access to all resources and benefits until the end of the 12-month term. They can choose not to renew the following year to cancel without further obligations. If they do not renew, they will lose access to all GiANT resources and benefits on their renewal date (including earned commissions). For guides on a quarterly payment plan, all remaining payments must still be completed even if they choose to cancel during the year.

Section 9: Annual Licensing Agreement

Becoming a GiANT Certified Guide includes a 12-month licensing agreement that grants you access to all the tools, resources, and support needed to grow your Guide business. This licensing agreement ensures you maintain access to:

  • A Guide OS account, where you can manage your clients, track your progress, and process sales.
  • A license to use GiANT products for earning revenue through certifications, badges, GiANT OS subscriptions, and other direct work opportunities.
  • The ability to earn commissions on sales of GiANT-based offerings.
  • A worldwide community of experienced guides for support, collaboration, and best practices.
  • Technical and customer support provided by GiANT.
  • Additional resources and ongoing training opportunities to help you succeed.

Renewal Requirements

To maintain access to all these benefits, an annual licensing fee must be paid on your 12-month renewal date, which is calculated from the time of your original certification payment. Licensing fees are non-refundable. Once paid, you retain access to all resources and benefits for the full 12-month term. If you decide not to renew your license, you will lose access to all resources and benefits, your Guide OS account, and any earned commissions or ongoing support at the end of your term.

Payment Terms

Payment terms for the annual licensing fee will default to the same payment method (annual or quarterly) selected during your original certification sign-up. If you wish to change your payment method for upcoming annual licensing fees, you can update your selection at any time before your renewal date through the Guide Settings section in your Guide OS account. For guides on a quarterly payment plan, all four payments must be completed in full, regardless of usage or involvement during the term.
